1. When you make cake or cupcakes, do you make it from scratch or buy a cake mix? Depends on how lazy I'm feeling. I usually do scratch though.

2. Best icing and cake combination? White chocolate cake (not vanilla cake) with lemon glaze.

3. Favourite cookie? Ginger biscuits.

4. If you only wanted to eat 2 courses would you order an appetizer or dessert? Depends on my mood. I normally do an appetizer but I do love dessert.

I used to be all Martha Stewart about it and only make cake from scratch. Then I realized you can't tell the damn difference and mix is way easier.

Both! I had some creme brulee not too long ago that had a layer of chocolate on the bottom, and then some fresh fruit on top. Heaven.
