iPhone question

What kind of charger does the iPhone come with? My best friend just got an iPhone, and I was thinking of getting her this for Christmas:

Do you think it's just kinda unecessary then? I just don't know what to get her ha ha. I was looking for a rapid charger or something, I don't know. She's a huge Apple fan.

The only difference between that and an iphone charger that is standard is that one sits up.  The current one you can detach the plug part and plug it into the computer like this one.

This is the one that comes with the phone (plus a USB cord.    

Honestly, because you get chargers with every ipod, ipad and iphone and you can plug into any USB port with a cord I really do not need another charger.  Not sure about your friend.   

*** Not trying to be mean the charger seems nice, just telling you my experience.

They do have a car charger attachment that I was SO excited to get!  Also, one of the cords that lets you play your iphone in the car through your radio.  I don't know what it's called but I love both those things for my phone!  

You can get both of those things in the auto section at walmart for like $10 each.

It really depends.  I do not use my phone at work, so I do not need one there.  DH and I have 2 Ipods, 1 Ipod touch, 3 Iphones (I just upgraded and still have the other one),1 Ipad plus a mac with a USB cord attached.  

 Basically every room and bathroom in my house could have a charger.   So for me yes.  If your friends loves gadgets she might be a the same.

FI has an alarm clock radio that he can plug his iPhone into and it charges it (and plays music if he wants it to). I don't know what it's called but I'm sure there are many out there.

FI has one too, his gets louder and louder if you don't get up and turn it off right away.

stupid knot, all my posts got crammed together.

she has an alarm clock radio already, but I'm thinking the car charger, the cord to play through the radio, and an iTunes gift card might be a good idea. We usually only spend about $30 on each other.

I was thinking about a case too, I just can't decide what it should look like. Maybe just a simple hard case? I don't like the otterboxes, though I know they're the best.

I have this case for mine and love it.  It's thin, especially compared to an otter box, but really durable.  I've dropped my phone way too many times, but it still looks just as good as it did when I bought this case.
