wedding jitters?

Now that I've booked my venue I am very nervous about getting married. I have dreams where I break up with my FI for various reasons. I have had two such dreams since the venue booking. Is this just wedding jitters or could it indicate something more. Am I overthinking this?

Only you know... If I had dreams like that, I would recognize them as silly wedding jitters, but that's just me...

It's probably just jitters. When you book the venue it feels like you reach that point of no return. Mailing the invites is also nerve wracking. Even if you are 100% sure of this there is still that little voice going "omg this is happening" and it can make you nervous or get jitters.
That being said, has anything occurred recently to cause these dreams or make you really doubt your relationship?

I never got the jitters in the sense that I was nervous about actually getting married. I was nervous about how the day would go, and if everything would turn out as planned, but I never had "cold-feet" or second thoughts about the marriage itself.

And ditto PP. If I had dreams like that, I wouldn't think anything of them.

Yeah, dreams are just dreams. Nothing has changed in my relationship for me to doubt it. I gues its just the jitters. I've always been anti-marriage but we have a child together and we are a family. Getting married would solidify that union.l

The fact that you have to ask us this says to me that there is at least a part of you that feels that there's something more to this than simply 'jitters' in relation to the event itself.

Ok I have to disagree.  Everyone reacts to their wedding differently and just because you have these thoughts doesn't mean you need to re-think the wedding. 

I too have gotten a lot of anxiety lately and over-think "am I doing the right thing etc." and then I freak out because why am I even thinking about that...I love him!  Mine is anxiety related where my brain goes in to overdrive and I completely overthink everything and I have irrational fears.  I know what I want to do...marry FI.  Try and focus on the end product, him standing at the altar waiting for you.  You aren't wierd, don't worry!
