thesuninherhead, i think you should definitely chop your hair off tomorrow! and i shall AW my new haircut for you. some of you saw it yesterday when i posted these on facebook, so i apologize for making you see them again. and i was kind of a bum yesterday and am not really wearing makeup in these pics, but...i present to you my short hair! (if you hate it, be gentle for i really have had an awful day!)

thanks! i can't believe i did it. she started to trim it and after two cuts i looked at her and said, "wait....wanna CUT it???"  haha! i said, "make it short and trendy!" and this is how it turned out. i'm happy with it and steve loves the change.

I'm thinking of getting a cut I had just before I got engaged, thus grew out. It was essentially just a bob. I adored it but had trouble reverting straight back to it after the wedding was over as it, for whatever reason, felt like a 'mum' haircut to me, and even though it was super cute, I spent so long growing my hair out it was hard to justify. It's summer and hot here, and I am over my long hair and want the cute short hair back! I'm still umming and ahhing over it, though.

I cut 11 inches off my hair they say after my Wedding. I loved it. I am letting it grow again though because I missed my long hair.

yeah, you can't really tell because of my jacket, but the back is super short. i can barely make a tiny nub of a ponytail! i'm really liking it so far. post pics if you get yours done! i won't think you are copying me!

Haha. I'm preparing a poll, just to be ridiculously indecisive, but mostly because I'm tipsy and don't care if it is ridiculous to ask for stranger's opinions of what to do with my hair. I will probably edit DD the pictures later.

I just chopped 12 inches off my hair a few weeks ago into that exact same haircut and I LOVE it.. FI, not so much, but if he wants long hair he can grow it himself! I am going to let it grow out a bit until the wedding though (~14 months), because there's a not a whole lot I could do with it right now..

I love it!!! Having short hair is amazing. 15 minutes in the morning and you're good to go. It looks like your hairdresser stacked it really nicely too! Although you'd look pretty in a paper bag hehe

haha. i think steve digs this more than he did my long hair. i thought guys preferred long hair. you learn something new every day.
