I know how you feel Stack!  We have some stuff to get done outside on our patio this week and we're really hoping to get it done before Sunday so we can have my in-laws over and cook-out, but the rain need to cooperate first!  I think it's supposed to stay clear today and tomorrow, so fingers crossed.

Good luck with that Dani.  Luckily the rain has been moving through this week during the middle of the night, but it's just really annoying.  Not to mention I've called our rental company a few times to let them know the gutters in the back have hit the sh*tter and that water is just sitting, puddled by the house.  They don't seem to care too much about how F*CKED their foundation is probably getting, so I guess I don't care either.  Except it is right in my first attempt to plant flowers, which obviously isn't working with pools of water.

THANK GOD the week is almost halfway over. And I get out of work early today. Bonus! I think I'm finally shaking this terrible funky mood I've been in for the last few days. Whew.

We got a buttload of rain last night here in Michigan so there are flood warnings all over the place and roads covered in water. It's still dark and gloomy. I need to see some sunshine!

Dani & Stacks, I've had grey hair since 13 maybe? It's hereditary on both sides. My dad started around 12 and my mom at 15. Yay genetics! So at 31, I'm used to it. However I haven't had my hair dyed in a few months and there's about a 2-3 inch band of grey that needs to go away.

Sco, that's how my H is.  He's been salt and pepper since before I met him when he was 22.  It's getting more salt and less pepper these days!

When J first discovered grey in his facial hair, he freaked! He doesn't dye it or anything though. To me, it's hardly noticeable because he's got blonde hair! But to him, it's like the end of the world!

Morning ladies! Ever feel like you need a vacation from your vacation! FI and I were in Gettysburg the past few days, and then after we got home last night he wanted to see a late showing of the A-Team, which was so unmitigatedly terrible that I actually lost sleep over it. Today we need to leave by 11 to head into the city to meet up with a friend I haven't seen in ages, but all I want to do is lie around on the couch. I think it will be good to get back to Milwaukee.

ETA: She has 400+ friends, including our high school band teacher. ???

Stacks, you're lucky. I ended up blocking the girl who put a picture of herself in full body paint as a parrot. Once I realized her whole body was covered in paint and she had put it on FB for everyone to see (including my dad and his wife who are her previous bosses) I had to.

No big plans, Stack.  If the weather holds out, I want to go to the giant farmer's market downtown.  I'm also hoping the birthday fairy will give me enough gift cards to go buy my Nook at Barnes & Noble!
