Who is supposed to give a speech at the RD? I think the Bride/Groom do, right? Thanking everyone for their support and then hand out gifts?
If I have the above right (sorry for all the question marks) then does it matter if it's the Bride or Groom?
I'm curious because I'm very comfortable speaking in front of groups...my FI, not so much.
