Hopefully, the creator will be banned from posting on the site, as requested.  Not that she/it can't just open another blog on another site, but still.

I'm pretty sure they have the ability to track IP addresses of where sites are being created, so it should tip them off if the person creates another site.  And since enough of us complained this time, if a similar site was created they might take it down faster.
