We did this as well. I joked with DH that he could call his sister "2nd Best Woman" if he wanted to. :)
My BF's wedding website currently has me listed as Best Groomsperson rather than Best Woman (he tends to be uber-concerned with how he treats/refers to me vis-a-vis his fiance; it's really adorable.) Personally, I'm lobbying for Head Groomswench.

We had a groomswoman and bridesman. We simply listed everyone in the programs as "bride's attendants" and "grooms attendants"
