Our photographers (2) will be taking pictures throughout our reception and I'm not sure what to feed them. For our other guests, we're serving a plated dinner and our caterer is also providing linens, stocking the bar with mix and ice, etc, and serving wine/staffing the bar (FI and I are providing the alcohol). The price arrangement with the caterer is $XX a head, for all the above services.
My questions are:
-I know I should provide food of some kind to the photographers. Should we seat them at tables and feed them the plated dinner, just like any other guest?
-If so, should we still pay the $XX per photographer, as with our other guests, or try to negotiate a lower price with the caterer (given that they won't be using the bar/drinking)?
-Should I provide wine with dinner for the photographers?
