Dirty little secrets

Heres some of mine:
Knotting (It's not exactly something I tell everyone)
I'm very jealous that T's sister is getting married (I don't think this is a secret though)
Sometimes I harass T about getting married
I have been sent to collections

Tell me yours..

Re: Dirty little secrets

  • I see now theres a confession post a ways down. I don't care, I'm crabby, humor me.

  • I have a huge project due on Thursday, but have spent the last two hours looking at random stuff on the internet and will probably go to bed soon.

Fi and I have been together for 6 years and he still hasn't seen me in my normal pajamas.
  • My department broke my spirit this week and I haven't figured out how I'm going to deal with that yet. But I don't think that's really a secret.

Oh, and I am way way way behind on my reading for my major exam.

Wouldn't it be nice to live together in the kind of world where we belong?

Really? What does he see you in and what are your normal pj's?
T has seen me at my worsty worst. Bad skin, crazy french lady (from LOST) hair, awful scrubby clothes and unbrushed teeth.
  • Mine:
-I think my MOH is more prepared for my wedding than I am, and it frraks me out, because I feel I should be more into the details
-During my period, I go abnormally emotional, and its only been since this BC. I can;t explain it, and I am putting off talking to my Dr about it.
    - I have baby fever

  • I am not at all excited about wedding planning. The prospect of saying my vows in front of lots of people makes me feel woozy.
I hate the dark, and sleep with the t.v. on. Harry Potter plays on loop all night. I also can't sleep with total silence.

  • We've been LDR for 5 years, so I usually pack cuter pajamas. This weekend I went to put on my huge Suns t-shirt that is covered in holes and has bleach stains on it (but OMG so comfy) and he just laughed and said that he thought it was cute.

He has definitely seen me at some pretty nasty moments though. He's taken care of my through food poisoning (it was an abolutely disgusting mess), seen me with horrible breakouts and rats nest hair.

The other thing he hasn't witnessed is unshaved legs. That'll be fun.
  • BC totally fuucked with my emotions. I would be random crazy woman for days at a time, for no reason.

  • Hahaha my legs are very rarely unsahved (I shave daily because I like to wear skirts and dresses) so when they're prickly T always thinks its odd but it doesnt bug him.
  • I am afraid of the dark too.  I can handle it with FI sleeping next to me, but when I am alone, I have the TV on all night, HGTV.  I still smoke sometimes even though FI thinks I have totally quit.

  • Confession: FI and I just got cable a few days ago. We have been looking through the guide, and have been laughing at all the porn names for the past few minutes.
We also did have to see if we got them, which we don't.
Which brings me to my point, I have never seen a porno.

  • Did my confession break the thread?
All I hear are crickets chirping...

  • I dropped my deodorant the other day and because it was nearing the end of the stick, the deodorant part broke in about 5 pieces. I totally used DH's AXE deodorant that day, and used it for 3 more days until I finally remembered to buy my own.
  • I think it's getting late and people are going to bed.

  • Jas- I have never seen porn either.
Sept.- I use T's deodorant a lot. It doesnt work as well as mine though..
  • I just pretended to forget about the pot on the stove so FI would get up and deal with it.
  • I have to say, Jon's deodorant wasn't bad at all! I don't think I'd make a habit out of using it or buying it, but it worked and I can't complain. :)
  • One thing I like about wearing T's deodorant is I get to smell him all day. Its not a super manly one like old spice though so its not like I smell like a 30 year old man all day
  • I'm having major wedding fever right now. T says it will happen soon but I'm not convinced.
  • Tonight is my first night without Travis here since we got married, and I am genuinely missing him already. It makes me feel cheesy, but I love coming home to him being home, and it sucks that he's not here.

If I'm going to talk about something that I heard here on TK, I usually say, "Today I was online and heard a story about..."

I don't usually mention TK because I a) don't want to be judged for being married and hanging out on a wedding planning site b) don't want to be judged for having a friends on a message board since nobody I know really does message boards.

I don't play many games on FB, but I do play Sorority Life. It's the only one that I've done for more than a month or so. It's been like...8.

When referring to TK related story I typically say "oh this girl I know" or "someone I know" or just online.
ITs better to be married on a wedding related website than un engaged on a WR site :P
I can only imagine what T's family would think if they knew I was on here. The only people that know about my knotting habit are T, my best friends cr and A, and my mom.

I suppose so, but at least you and T have plans on getting married eventually.
  • ~I spent more time knotting today than doing actual work.  It was one of those days.
~FI has seen me looking looking fabulous...and he's seen me crying, drunk, and covered with vomit...and everywhere in-between.
~I'm sick this week and sneezed into his towel this morning, but I didn't tell him about it.

I think that's dirty enough for now. :)

  • I skipped a job interview last week, because I really don't want to sell steel for a living.

I had a miscarriage 4 years ago... and I still haven't told my dad about it.  I really want to though.

My dad travels for work, and I haven't heard from him in a few days.  I've texted a few times, but I'm starting to worry.  I don't think anyone else is; phone reception is pretty bad where he's traveling.

I also have baby fever... but not baby money.

I had one 13 1/2 years ago and my parents have no idea.  I told my younger sister at the time, but we both agreed that it would kill them if they knew the circumstances that led to the pregnancy.  I hate keeping secrets, but this one would only hurt them.  As it is, I'm pretty sure it's the reason my sister still has her v-card and rarely dates.
