Ugh. Do you have any idead how hard it is to find a photographer for the Friday before labor day when you start looking only 6 weeks before? Let me just tell you, it's difficult. I might have to bring my own camera and tell FFIL that's doing the ceremony to stop every once in a while so I can take a pic. lol

One of my students cancelled their lesson, so I have about 45 mins until my next student, then dance class.... I guess it would be bad to teach after having a drink, huh...?

I have a dinner question.  I bought skinless chicken - instead of chicken with skin which is what my recipie calls for.  It wants me to stuff the ginger in the skin...can I just put it on top and call it good?

Aww Andy so cute!  And yeah, I never buy chicken with skin, so I usually just put the stuff on top.  Another option is to pound the chicken breast really thin and fold it over and stuff it that way and just toothpick them closed.

That sucks. I was having issues too, and the photographer we had originally who couldn't do the new date, but she was awesome and "tweeted" to see if anyone was free, and got several responses that I got to interview and pick through :) Maybe if there's someone whose style you like, you can ask if they can recommend anyone?

That's a good idea. Thanks! Originally we were going to Jamaica in October, so there was no need to book a photographer. My sister was actually going to do the pics when we decided to move the date and location, then FI decided he wanted a professional so here I am just emailing everyone trying to find somebody free.
