Question on Seaport Hotel Food and Beverage Minimum

Hello Everyone!

I am very interested in the City View Ballroom or the Harbor View Ballroom at the Seaport Hotel but the woman I spoke with quoted me a 32k and a 38k minimum for the rooms. My friend had her wedding at the Fairmont Copley and it had the same minimums, so I am a little incredulous abou the numbers they quoted me. Does anyone have any experience with the Seaport Hotel? Any advice you can provide would be appreciated!

I've been to two weddings at the Seaport Hotel and I really wasn't impressed. Both meals were cold by the time they were served.  Their staff is very friendly and accomodating though.

I'd go with the Copley and I'm very surprised it's in the same price rance because it's awesome!

I have heard the same :( Although, I have heard they have brought in a bunch of new peopel lately!
