The Central Park Boathouse

My fiance and I are looking at NYC and Westchester venues for our wedding next year, 2013. We have looked at Tribeca rooftop, The lighthouse, Stage 6 and the Central Park Boathouse in NYC. We liked the Boathouse the best for a city wedding in terms of decor. Does anyone have any reviews on this location? Expereinces or any comments in General? Would love any feedback, good and bad! Thanks!

    Classic, incredible, and very New York.  The food is amazing. Can't beat for ambiance.

    Amazing spot. My dream location! Have been to a few corporate parties there and it is a great venue, fantastic food, views, etc. Lucky you!

    No, but have attended a few very different weddings there.  All different times of day and year and all were incredible!
