I'm having my reception at a state park and by state law we are allowed to have an open bar as long as all alochol is paid for off site. It is also law that guests are not allowed to tip servers what so ever. Besides not having tip jars on the bar how do you make this clear to guests, tactfully? Or, do you leave it up to the servers?
