A lot of people here use Michele Clark, but she usually books up fast.

I used Judy of Calligraphy Etc and Ioved her work, plus she had really great rates. her info is on her site www.calligraphyetcbyjudy.com

They are not on SI, but you send your envelopes to them.  I was very happy with them, they were very quick & good.
