Tipping vendors?

I can't believe my wedding is a week from today after a year and a half of planning!!

Questions what type of tipping is needed for the wedding? Did you tip all of the vendors and if so how much? I am paying my music $2500 which is very high and my photographer $1800.  Is the contract price all they expect or is it customary to tip too? I am tipping people I usually would like my hair stylist and limo driver and I know we tip people at the church like our cantor and altar servers but I don't know about vendors. 
A wedding is a party, not a performance. If at the end of the day you are married to the one you love, then everything went perfectly.

    People say you are supposed to tip those that dont own their own business for that service. We only had to tip the DJ & we gave a little extra to the bartenders (our service fee included tips). Oh, and the hair/makeup people at the salon. We did not tip our cantor & we did not have alter servers.
