IN NEED OF A DRESSMAKER WHO CAN COPY DESIGNS

Can anyone recommend a Dressmaker in NYC or Long Island who can create a replica design from an image I have? 

There is a gown from a famous designer's 2009 collection that's no longer in production I totally fell in love with THAT gown. My biggest fear is a "homemade-looking" wedding gown, so I need someone who produces stellar work!
