Tipping- who and how much?

Hi ladies!
  I have checked a bunch of sites to see who to tip and how much, but they all seem to be different. I know that it's appropriate to tip the limo driver, photographer and videographer, but I don't know how much and if there is anyone else I need to think of. Thanks!

I tipped the DJ, musicians, and my MUA. Everything else was covered by my venue's service charge.

read your contracts because often the tips are included.

Limo company had a required 15% right on the contract.  FOB tipped the driver $50 for the great care he took with the brides gown so as not to get wrinkled at all.

Photographer, half day of, half when you get the finally productfor

$20 for florists and cakes delivery

Individual tips for each band member.  THey went way beyond what we could even imagine

Oot, are those just good hard numbers to tip with or is there a percentage to base it off of like at resturants?  For example, was $20 for the florists and cakes a specific percent of their service or did you just choose that hard number?

It depends on your vendors, the reception had 19% built in for example.  We only separately tipped the Dj.
