Who is the save the date sent from? Us (the couple) or the bride's parents?

    I guess technically it's sent from whoever is hosting the wedding.   But honestly I don't think I've ever seen one that didn't look like it came from the couple -- it's not like an invitation that says (more or less) "so and so invite you....." since it's not an invitation.  The only way to even see who it's "from" would be to check the return address.

    I'm not sure if there is a definite ettiquette rule on this. All of the STD's that Ive seen/received have seemed to been sent from the couple. The hists of the wedding were mentioned on the actual invites. Hope that helps Laughing
