For couples who are not living together, how do we address their outer envelope? The inside of course would say "Jack and Jill," on the outer do we address it to Miss Jill Jones and Mr. Jack Smith, even though only Jill lives at the address? Does the rule change if we're friends with both people versus if we're only friends with one of them?
