I'm seriously in love with the idea of wearing a huge flower on my head instead of a veil. What do you think of this headband? Will it look right with my short hair or will I look like a dummy?

That flower does seem very large. I think a headband with maybe just a tad smaller flower would be cuter. I think it'll look very cute with your short hair though...and super cute with your beautiful dress.

I really like it!

 I wanted to do the same thing.  My florist gave me a couple spare flowers.  Peonys and Roses.  I wanted the larger, but when I put it on my head, it looked a bit ridiculous   I went with the rose.  I bet you'll feel a little awkward with a flower that large on your head.

I don't think that you have to wear a veil if you don't want to.  I'm not sure if I will.  The flower is a good idea, but not one that huge.

Do you have a giant head? If so...I think it could work.

If you're head is more, ya know, normal person sized, this might be too big. Your face it too hot to cover up.

With short hair and having such fine features, I just think less is more. I might be a bit on the reserved side, though, and a bigger flower might be more your style, but it just seems like it'd be SO over powering.

Sun - please don't think I'm a stalker, but I got the idea from the wedding pics that you were tagged in on FB. I loved the way she looked. Her hair was gorgeous and I loved her headband. I started searching for something similar just after I saw them. Do you know where she got hers? Did she make it?
