Looking for a bio...

One of the knotties on here had a photo in her bio of a cake with buttercream frosting.  It was really simple, I think it was square, two tiers.  And I think she said something about the cake reflecting the style of her dress or vice versa.  I've been looking through photos on TK and haven't seen anything like it.

We have our tasting next week and I wanted to bring that photo with me because we get charged for extra decorations and rolled fondant icing and I liked the look of that cake even though it was simple.  TIA if you can help!

I think it was blue-ish.  Like a light blue.

It wasn't Frankies, was it? Her's wasn't blue, but it certainly was two tiered, buttercream, simple, and pretty.

I don't have that cake in mine, but all the cakes in my bio are buttercream.  I don't like fondant.

My cake was all buttercream and ended up looking a lot like the photo in my bio.

just to narrow it down... do you remember if it was a planning bio (like their ideas) or someone's actual wedding cake?

It was a planning bio.  The picture was taken at an angle and the frosting was...I can't think of the right word, it wasn't smooth, it had peaks like when you put it on with a knife or spatula and kind of flick it as you go (that's what she said).  I'm feeling more and more like an idiot as I try to describe this mystery cake, haha.

WOW, Nova, that is incredible buttercream work!  It totally looks like fondant.

I'm always up for a challenge. And my cake is going to be square so I want to find this mystery cake.

Although our bakery is charging more for the square vs. round cake, stupid bakery.

Nope, it's Frankie's cake and I didn't even recognize it in the other picture Fische posted.  My brain works in weird ways sometimes.
