I asked my friends who are doing it, and they say you can by flushable liners to go in the diaper, or (typically) the poop just falls right off into the toilet.

What about exploding green baby poo?

I imagine that would be one of those situations that isn't "typical". Or at least, I hope so. You can get these little sprayer things that hook up to your toilet if  you need some water pressure to help clean it off.

Also, as long as the baby is nursing exclusively, apparently the poop doesn't smell, and you can just toss the whole thing in the wash.

I know way too much about baby poop.
