Help with a DJ at Botanical Gardens Stone Mill

Hello!

I am looking for a DJ for my wedding next summer. My venue recommended a few companies such as Hal Prince, Hank Lane, Vali, Esp entertainment, JK entertainment, and Travesties.

I have no experience with any of these companies and after some research have a feeling some of them could be pretty expensive. I am looking to spend about $2,000 and want semi-typical wedding music. I really like disco and oldies and also some contemporary dance music but no cheesy songs. I want to keep it fun yet classy since we will be at the stone mill at the NY Botanical Gardens.

Any experience with these or any recommendations for another DJ you loved? Thanks!

I haven't heard the DJ's listed but we had Antony, preferred DJ from Event Remembered.  He has a great variety of music, he really works with his clients to put together the package of their dreams, very professional, punctual and hard working.  He should be within your budget.  I don't have his number but you can reach out to www.eventremembered.com and they will provide all the info!  Good luck!

Without question, I'd recommend Turntable Events in Westchester.  Extremely fun and professional and they use real vinyl turntables.  We were in the same price range for our wedding and they fell right in line with our budget
