Re: Monday Confessions

• I resent DH for having a DUI because that means we will never get to go to Canada together. Sigh.

• Canada also has Ketchup chips, which I think are only available in certain parts of the US.
• I also confess that my boss is working from home today. I have 2 more hours of work, but I'm tempted to wander off and go home.

• i hate ketchup chips!
The Americans have so much more other good food.

On our list so far:

Aero bubbles
Good Host Iced Tea

• Yeah, but ketchup chips are gross.

I confess one of my BMs suggested renting a cabin in the mountains for my bachelorette party. She's not into drinking or strippers. One other BM has dropped hints about going to Vegas. I kinda want to go to Vegas, even though I've been there half a dozen times and it will obviously be five times more expensive than the cabin. Cabin = great for relaxing weekend. Vegas = great for B-party. I told the BM I liked the cabin idea, though. I'll just let her work it out with the other girls.

• I think the Canadians and the Americans need to become pen pals and exchange delicious snacks. I think I have had an Aero bar before- they sell some Canadian candy at the World Market here.

• Yeah we have ketchup chips here, which is nothing to be proud of, but H loves them. We get them seasonally and he always buys 3-4 bags.

Aero bubbles look delicious though.

• I love ketchup chips. LOVE them. And All Dressed. And pretty much every Old Dutch flavour.

• I vote Vegas.

Kiki...I confess that I kind of kept an eye out for a bride on the day you got married since I work at Bellagio now. But I was so busy I didn't get to do much people watching. If I knew your last name I could have seen your wedding listed on the event board by the employee cafeteria. And that would have been kind of cool.

Um Vegas baby. Vegas. I had mine at a relaxing cabin but I wish I had better stories. We just ended up drinking all the time anyway.

I just saw Ketchup flavored Pringles at Wal-Mart and I was pretty disgusted.
• To me, all dress chips taste like BBQ chips, so what's the point of the new name? I was so disappointed.
• BBQ chips and All-Dressed chips are completely different!

This. All-Dressed are more acidic than BBQ, less sweet.
Is now the time to confess that I love being a Canadian?
Posted by wadingmoose
I confess that I wish FI had a better job than I do, so it would make more sense for me to move to Canada than for him to move here. I want to be Canadian, too!

I also confess that I knew nothing about Canadian geography before I met him. I'm embarassed that he can name all 50 US states and our capitols, but I didn't even know how many provinces there are in Canada until he told me (10!).

• I dont have a confession, but all this talk about candy makes me want some. We have a British import store near me, and we get all the good british candy there (Smarties, Buttons, Crunchie, Aero). I just found this place a few years ago, and am so glad, since before that I would have my dads family ship stuff to us from N. Ireland. :)

• Hey, this is kind of a confession I guess. And related to the WoW threadjack above. I confess that one of the things I'm worried up for the few weeks leading up to the wedding is that my raiding guild might struggle without a holy pally (I'm the only one) while I'm too busy to raid during that time.
