Why in the world would the knot gods want to allow anyone to delete their forums?  Obviously they work so hard on them, you'd think they'd have a sense of pride.

The bad part is, one of the mods pointed this out both before and after the official launch of the new format, and yet nothing was done.

In that case, it serves them right!  I'd say at this point they're incredibly lucky that those who get the random mod powers haven't reeked total havoc on the boards.
