I am excited to see HG but am waiting til Saturday afternoon to see it because I really hate the night showings on opening weekend of a big movie. If I was going to be home this weekend, my closest theater would be dead because I live in the boondocks and people don't care about these things out here. But I'll be visiting J at school and in a college town it will be crazy.

I'm not talking about on here cuz I know it's been around on here, but more in general I guess. Until the movie was announced to be released, I had never heard of it.  I know a lot of people who had no idea what it even was and now it's ZOMG THE BEST THING EVER LET'S COUNTDOWN ON FACEBOOK TO THE RELEASE!  I think that's why I feel like it's newfound just in general because it wasn't cool (or even known) to them until the movie was coming out.

They are up there. I'll put hockey players over soccer though just because they tend to have a little more muscle. Soccer players can be so skinny! But hockey players smell like crap unless you get them in real clothes and they've just showered.

The movie The Rock was on tv a few days ago and I definitely mentioned that I found Ed Harris attractive. J said he didn't get it, which is funny because I think they have similarly shaped heads and jawbones.

I think a lot of my FB friends read HG a long time ago, but not all at once.  The movie coming out brings back that obsession that was more spread out before.  Plus, I think it's pretty obvious that when a book gets made into a movie it brings a ton more attention to the book and makes people aware of it that weren't before.  Also, I think people are more likely to FB about a movie than a book.  I read a lot of books.  I certainly don't update my status about it every time.
