Alix- it's more commonly called Chicken Fried Steak.  It's steak pounded really thin, fried and served with gravy on it.

Alix, it's when you take a cheap steak, pound it thin, bread it and deep fry it, then smother it with white gravy. It's actually pretty tasty, but I have no idea what prompted be-you chick to use it as an insult.

Now she's ripping on my daughter's favorite meal. But I season mine with French thyme and serve it with garlic-parm mashed potatoes. Now my grilled chicken breast I have planned for dinner doesn't look quite so appealing. Damn you, Be-You-tiful, for making me want fattening food!
