Hi everyone!

I am freaking bored and it is supposed to rain tomorrow so I'll pretty much be stuck inside most of the day which sucks because the spring football scrimmage is tomorrow after and there's a bunch of fun stuff going on at the stadium.  There's no way I'm going to sit in the rain and watch a football game.

I never watched The Event, but I never really watched Lost either. My H did, and I watched the last season with him so I saw everyones rage when it ended.

I feel like Alcatraz is the new lost. They'll never reveal what is actually going on. And Fox will probably cancel them like they do every decent show that doesn't break records its first season out.

Let's face facts. You can still get real books pretty damn cheap at used book stores. Why pay $5.99 for an ebook version of something I can get from a "Friends of the Library" book sale for $1.00?

That sounds cool Anna.  I'm not sure how we're going to work this apartment. it's got a ton of storage room which is good cause we've got a 3 BR house with a full basement going into a 2 BR apartment with no basement... *deep breath*.  H swears he will make sure I am happy.  Happy wife = happy life and the savings between the 2 BR and 3 BR was significant enough to make the sacrifice in the interest of a downpayment and hopefully buying a house sooner.

Loopy we downsized a 3rd with no basement to a 2br with no basement. We now have two storage units. Yay us...

Nope. He did have one of his friends drive by the outside. I have seen a lot of pictures and it looks nice. I mean, we have lived in some shitholes. There is no way this place will be worse than places we have lived before. And we will have our own washer and dryer! That is the stuff dreams are made of.

Our garage is only 1 car, but it's half again as long as the car, so there's lots of storage up front.  I hope H can strategically stack all the unused stuff there and we won't have to get another storage unit.  He's a master.  If anyone can do it, he can.

Yes, we're going to be in an apartment, but it has a 1 + car attached garage.  Suh-weet .

I opened a bottle of wine to make risotto earlier and I just poured myself a glass and it is not good.

No, the risotto was still yummy. And the wine isn't bad like spoiled or anything, it just tastes like $4 grocery store wine (which is exactly what it is).

We had H's aunt and uncle over for dinner last week and they brought us some wine and one bottle was actually bad. Like undrinkable. It was Sutter Home from 1993. Who knows what nook or cranny they pulled that bottle out of.

I just found a bottle of what I was looking for at the liquor store earlier.  I don't remember when I bought it, but I'm fucking excited.
