We are offering complimentary valet parking for guests at the reception. How would you list this? Would you put it on the Guest Information card or the Reception Card?

I'd put it where it makes sense most. In our invitation suite, I probably would have put it on the reception card if the valet would happen at the reception venue, probably in a smaller font at the very bottom. I think it would also make sense on a directions card if you're having one. If the venue is a hotel where many guests are staying, it would also make sense on an accommodations card. So I guess in a word, no, there isn't a specific place; I would put it where it makes most sense and not on the actual ceremony invitation itself (even if there is valet at the ceremony, I'd keep it off the actual invitation).
Just don't relegate that info to the wedding website only. Put it in print on the invitations/accompanying cards. Not all guests check the wedding website and I'd sure as heck want to know that the hosts were providing valet before going. Again, very classy touch. I'd be excited to see that on the invitation and be very excited about the reception itself. It immediately sets the stage: this bride and groom want everyone to have a terrific time and not spend a cent.
We had a "Travel and Accomodations" card with the airports, the hotel block information, the shuttle information, and the fact that there was self-parking available at the ceremony site, as well as complimentary valet parking at the reception site.
