Bridesmaids gifts?

Any good suggestions for bridesmaids gifts?  What did you get or what are you getting for your girls?  Thanks!

I went to the outlets and purchased Coach wallets for my girls and in them i put a $50 gc to their favorite store.

I'm doing individualized gifts.  I personally wouldn't use a wristlet.

For example: 

My one friend is a writer.
I bought her a book plate, a $50 gift certificate to the Strand, note cards, and a cool bangle.

My other friend who loves to cook.
I bought her a beautiful bracelet and a gift certificate to Williams Sonoma.

i just did my bridesmaids gifts this past weekend - i went to this great local jeweler called little king and i designed a personalized charm/necklace for each of my girls.  for example one of my bridesmaids has two daughters so i designed this charm that has 3 circles on it to represent her and her daughters...they were really reasonable with prices and i think they will each really appreciate that i made it specially for them.

i just sorted this out this weekend and i am very relieved! i'm giving them fluffy organic cotton robes from pottery barn and mini leatherman tools. don't laugh, they are like little swiss army knives in pink and green with nail file, screwdriver, ruler, etc. i have one and use it all the freaking time. the bmaids are also getting clutches i ordered on etsy, but those are in place of bouquets so i consider them less of a gift.

i've been a bridesmaid SIX times...these are the gifts that i have actually kept and still use:
-cashmere shawl
-personalized travel coffee mug

-personalized make up bag
-flip flops
