What's everyone up to this evening? We're just hanging out-I made Zattaran's jambalaya for dinner and am contemplating painting the bathroom. I've been putting it off since we moved into the new apartment.

Cleaning the bathroom and the rest of the house unfortunately. Going away for the weekend will really cut into my cleaning schedule. Thankfully I convinced H to 1) fix my laptop and 2) do an airport run at midnight, since he doesn't have to work tomorrow.

Also, I had a nervous breakdown last night and couldn't sleep. I was freaking out about paying things for the wedding, which somehow snowballed into FI and I won't be able to afford kids for about 4 more years.

Ciara-I never have the self confidence to wear a bikini, but I do anyway. The way I see it is, I'm not looking to impress anyone so I do it. I know it's not that bad looking on me so who cares. And I know FI likes me in it. That helps with the self confidence piece.

I have a strange question. Does anyone know anything about song editing. FI found a version of the song I want for our wedding, the only versions that exist are live versions. I want to edit at least some of the screaming crowd out. Anyone know how to do this?

Tonight I'm playing the role of gardner.  We just planted tomatoes, basil, dill, green peppers, and collard GREENS.  Woot!

Andy that sounds awesome! I'm so jealous of you and your garden. I'm going to miss that about home. My brother always plants fresh veggies and invites us over and has them. Boo to moving!

And I LOVE basil.  If I could only plant one thing in the summer, it would be basil.

We have FIVE basil plants.

FIVE.

The first part of our garden might be messed up.  I planted everything way too close together.

Andy- I am a bit jealous of the gardening. I can't grow anything.

oh it will be fine, I plant everything in pots and things do just fine.

what kind of matos did you plant?  i only do small ones, this year i did cherry, grape, patio and sweet 100s.
