What's with the disappearing posts?

Did Dani's good morning post disappear too, or am I going blind?

That's what I think, too.  I bet that's how Dani's sticky disappeared the other day as well.

  • I was considering moving a particularly beebeeish post over to AFSB, until I remembered no one is there anymore.

And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now. Because trust me when I tell you honey, they're gonna need it. ~jcaruncho2010

  • The delete forum thing was done by the mod, actually.  She thought that button did something different.

Every time I get mod powers I try to make a post sticky.  No luck so far.

Oh, okay so it wasn't someone with the temporary mod powers? Good to know.

  • Vally, I know!!  It just randomly appeared the other night.  I was pretty excited :)  Minka is glad to be back.

[QUOTE]why would there even be an option to delete an entire forum? shouldn't that be something that only KA or other knot people could do?

Yeah, and someone pointed that out to the admins when we were testing out the new format but they never changed it.

I don't know what's up with the disappearing posts.  I assume it's someone with temporary mod powers, but it could just be a Knot glitch as well I guess.

I dunno about this.  Remember the phrase whoever smelt it dealt it? Just sayin'

  • i also keep seeing KA in the recent posters.

traffic is finally picking up a little. they need to fix things now before the newbies decide to leave because it's too buggy.

while they are at it, it would be nice if they emailed the text of responses, again. it would help people to follow conversations and prevent threads from dying prematurely.
  • Uggg.... I know this has been said and hashed out, but I'm so sick and tired of theknot glitches.  My knotting has went from "knotting all day at work" to "meh, random poking in, barely posting."

  • Well this thread just answered my question.  I just got the temp mods on my screen and wondered what they were.
