I went to the gym and reactivated my membership. I downloaded MyFitnessPal app on my iPod, which tracks my calories and tells me how many to eat each day to lose 10 lbs in 8 weeks (1200 calories). I'm headed to the gym tonight to get back into the kick-my-ass cardio class I was doing before I stopped. My mom picked up tons of healthy food. I've only had water, plus a cup of apple juice with breakfast. Thanks for your help and your support ladies. Cross your fingers that this weight comes off!
