Helloooo... noticed how slow it was, so I didn't start a thread. I'm at work... have been for 2 hours already. Didn't even get to sleep in on Rapture day. Lame.

Good morning! I have my b-pics this morning, so I'm sitting around waiting for the lady and being tempted by the bottle of "in case of emergency" wine in the fridge. I'm nervous!

Morning..

I's raining yet again and our trip was cancelled yet again.  I've worked like 30 hours in 2 weeks.   It sucks.  Especially with moving being so damn expensive.

A couple good things did happen.  Our friend just broke up with her douche bag abusive (mentally) BF.   She was scheduled to come down here today anyway for the wedding next week.  I'm so glad she broke up with him.

DH hired a co-worker from here to work in NOLA.  Her and her fiancee are awesome and it will be nice to know someone there.

I'm off tomorrow and plan on going to the beach.. I think... I guess it depends on mother nature.  She has been mean lately.  It's our 11th day of rain.

Hi! I'm baking cookies for a dance team social later tonight. Next up will be pina colada cupcakes, plus a little pina colada for the cook too. ;-)

11 days of rain? Ouch. I'll try not to complain about ours here then... it's like 4 or 5 days or rain lately dotted with sunny days in between.

Jill - have fun with the b-pics! I've been heavily considering doing some for FI, but don't know that I can get up the courage (or the $$) to do it

ETA: Pina colada cupcakes? Yummmm... Now I want cupcakes.

I've been up since 5:30. Apparently my neighbors above me think having sex at 5:30am is normal. I don't even know how you go about telling them its annoying.

Also, I think the girl was faking. Just sayin'

Kelly - it's very, very unusual for here.  Wednesday was not too bad.  Lots of rain in the morning and evening, but the middle of the day we had sun at least.  It just sucks because if it rains I do not work.  No work = no pay.

Jill It was all kinds of awkward. And they had sex 3 more times by 8:30. I'm glad they have a sex life and am jealous, but FFS I would probably punch FI if he interrupted my sleep on a Saturday. I still say she was faking, or they are trying to prove how awesome he is?

Ugh, my neighbors were having really loud dinnertime sex a few days ago. With their windows open. One minute I could hear them having a conversation, and the next it was ON. Awkward, especially since the neighborhood children were about. I loudly announced that there was free porn outside when I walked in my house. I don't know if they heard me or if they were done anyway, but it stopped.

Yep! that's what I say! It was soooo annoying. Also, she was super loud in the beginning and then you would just hear the bed and not a word from her. So either he sucked and couldn't finish so they tried 3 different times, which sucks, and still means she was faking.

Definitely just had everyone in the waiting room at work turn around and look at me because I laughed and snorted at this.

What color accesories/what accessories would you do? It's actually navy, even though it looks kind of black in the picture. I was thinking red maybe?

That's super cute! Red would look good. Possibly the right color gold would work. (if you like gold, I'm a silver kind of girl)

Morning.

I woke up all congested and stuffy today. I guess its due to the weather change. I really wanted to go running, but decided it wouldn't be the best thing since I can't breathe. I haven't heard from H today, so I don't know what he is up to.

I definitely don't miss loud neighbors having sex at all strange hours. Before we moved, we had neighbors like that. She was the biggest and loudest faker. It was so pathetic.

Good morning. 

I'm about to get ready and go run some errands before Fi decides he's going to get out  of bed...So i probably have until at least 1. 

We cancelled our plans for this evening because I don't think I can leave Copper at home for so long.

We were gone for a hour and a half last night, only to come home to find him panting, and his heart racing, he wouldn't move his front legs and when he would stand up, he would stand up almost straight on his back legs. 

Thank Goodness our vet is open until 11. The doctor said that he had a mild seizure and gave him a seditive and an anti-seizure shot. So, hopefully he''s doing better this morning, Fi didn't call me in the night to say he had another one.

Last night, H and I were talking about living with family for a while if they will have us until we can save more $ up to buy a house. We want to get my car paid off and one of his small loans paid off before we start looking. I just hope it will be less than a year. I want a house so bad. Staying with family is a fine for now, but I still miss having my own place and doing what I want when I want to. Sorry, just a small vent.

Missy - I totally understand. FI and I are going through the same thing, though we finally found a 2 bedroom house that is totally liveable that we put a bid in on. We've been looking at 3 and 4 bedroom houses (since his father insister... "it's too hard to sell a house with only 2 BR's!"), and there was just no way to make it work. Hopefully the inspection goes well Tuesday, because then it's ours at the end of June... living with the fams gets old.

Good morning.  I woke up at 1am with my mouth killing me, so I took some Advil and couldn't fall back asleep.  I decided to read Bumped, and read the whole thing.  I definitely did NOT like it.  

I finally finished the book 5 minutes before H's alarm went off.  I got about 2 more hours of sleep, but that's it.  I'm sure some naps are in my future.

Missy-I hear ya. I don't think me and FI could ever live with either of our families. I love them to death, but, no. Just wouldn't work out. My family is too overbearing, overwhelming, etc.  It's nice to just do what you want and have your own place.
