THe weight loss commercial where it starts with shadows on the wall that looks and sounds like a couple is having sex and then it turns out that they are working out facing each other. And then they drop a huge flab of raw meat on a scale to represent the amount of weight you can lose.
Everything about that commercial grosses me out.
