Is there any reason that there's such a large gap?  Why can't you do your rehearsal before dinner or host a rehearsal brunch?

This seems odd to me, and a little rude to your guests.  You're basically asking them to give up their entire day.

I would try to arrange a lunch if you can.  That way your guests are free to enjoy the rest of their day, especially if they are on a limitied time schedule.  This may be your wedding, but it's probably a vacation for your guests.
