Things I am thankful for...

I've done my fair share of whining lately, so I thought I'd list the things I'm thankful for.

1. Not having to walk the dog because I'm "sick" ---(it's cold outside!)

2. Pizza lunchables and juice boxes.

3. Finding out my lymph node biopsy, while not normal, is not lymphoma! 

What are you thankful for?

YAY!! Your situation is so similar to my youngest sister's.

I'm just thankful for everything these days. No matter what my situation, I'm always reminded that it could be worse.

I just bought a pizza luncheble the other day! for the first time in years. it was delicious!

1. That I have a decent job, which allows me to not be broke all the time.

2. For the fact that FI puts up with me and takes my bullshiit in stride.

3. That the holidays are over and life can get back to some semblance of normal now.

Oh, and yay for non lymphoma!

Oh-and I am thankful for this cold orange I am eating right now.

I'm thankful for loving skiing now becuase I think it will make this winter a little less painful.

Yay for no lymphoma

1. That somehow, there always seems to be just enough money to get me by even when it doesn't seem possible.
2. My hot coffee im drinking
3. All the vacations I'm able to go on.

I am thankful for my job even though I hate it.  I make good money for what I actually do.

I am also thankful that FI is so patient and understanding with me when I have freak out about things that are way in the future.

My best friend, who never minds how long, venty, and occasionally bridezilla-ish my e-mails to her are and always replies.

My b-party in Napa in April and my awesome sister who planned it.

That's good news, Rach   Hopefully the non-normal part turns out to be too.

I am thankful for small things today, like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and talking to FI on Gchat before he goes to class for 6 hours.

despite how dismal I feel all the time now, im thankful for:
- supportive husband and family
- great health
- getting lots of books for christmas to give me something productive to do with my time

1. My job is secure and I make enough and have enough vaca time to be able to travel when I want to.

2.  I have an awesome fiance who loves me like crazy.

3. My parents, who are supportive of everything I want to do and never get fed up with my whining.

Glad it's not lymphoma.....that's great news.  I hope you get some answers really soon.

I'm thankful for a great family, a husband who is always there, a mom that's always supportive and a daughter that always amazes me when it comes to loving the little things in life. 

I'm also thankfull for the salt trucks for getting me to work safely today.

The funny part is that 3/6 people attending dislike wine.

I'm also thankful for getting a degree at a university that has its own medical school. 

Because my school has its own Med School--all of my medical bills are covered through my schools health insurance. I just got summary bills yesterday---for my PET scan and bone marrow biopsy. Together, they totaled $9,000.00---I had to pay nothing. 

We pay more for the dog and cats health bills than we do for mine---I'm so grateful for great insurance.

Maybe you can talk my sister out of bringing a flask of Squirt to mix in at the wineries.  She says wine mixed with Squirt is the only way she likes it.

I'm thankful for:
- my family who, as Chloe describes, is "not normal, Thank GOD!"  
- my hateful job that pays my bills.
- my leftover pumpkin muffin from the heels/cew/bec GTG Sunday. It will breakfast and lunch today.

Wow Rach, this is great news!! I am really happy to hear that.

I am thankful for my brother. He ALWAYS makes me smile. It is really a gift to have your sibling as your best friend. He calls just to say I love you all the time and he calls Mike every day just to check in. Did I mention he is 20? Great kid.

I am also thankful for morning coffee. Literally, the prospect of yummy coffee gets me out of bed some mornings.

Rach - Mark is doing well. No chemo now until the end of March. He's feeling a lot better, lost all his hair, but he's starting to put on even a few pounds in the last few weeks. He's well enough that the doctors told him he shouldn't have any trouble travelling with me this week. Thanks for asking!

I'm glad it isn't lymphoma, Rach.

I'm thankful for my itty bitty bachelorette party last night with Anna and other great people.

I'm thankful for being so damn organized.  Otherwise I think this long distance wedding would kill me.

I'm glad that I'm almost done paying for things for this wedding.

I'm thankful that even though my bridesmaid just went home, she got to some stay for 3 days.

So glad to hear Mark is feeling better, and even gaining some weight! And it's great to hear he should be able to go to FL with you--no problems.

I'm off for more blood work (a heavy metals test....it makes me think that I'm getting blood work to tell me how well suited I'd be for a heavy metal band, which makes me giggle.)

Good news, Rach! I hope they figure your stuff out soon--I've missed about 50% of your health related posts so your situation seems really confusing (although if I'd read them all they'd probably be confusing as well).

I'm thankful for my dog. It's been awesome to spend the last couple of days with him after being away for the holidays. I'm also thankful that my family and friends are so loving and supportive.
