I know this has been asked on here before but I can't find the thread/can't remember what the response was.
Do I send a formal invite to the photographers and DJ? We are planning on them eating, I am just not sure how to get their menu choice. Do I email them or send a formal invite? For the DJ company it is a large company and we won't know which DJ we get until a week before, so I am not sure how to go about that...
