My friends are scattered around the world. I invited three out-of-town bridesmaids. One voiced her concern on travel expenses on top of the traditional bridesmaid tab. I eargerly offered to pay for the dress and the hotel to help alleviate the financial burden. The other two have yet to give a definitve yay or nay. My question is, how long should I wait for a yes or no before moving on to another friend? I don't want my friends to feel obligated but I also don't want to wait until the last minute to select my bridal party.
