Charlotte bridesmaids luncheon

I'm working on reserving a room at a restaurant for my bridesmaids luncheon and wondered if you could recommend some places?  I'm leaning towards the Pewter Rose but am open to any other suggestions.  I'll be inviting about 15 and hope to keep it around $20-$25 per person if possible.

    I took photos of a bridemaid's luncheon at Amelie's, it was really nice, but there was no booze.  I wonder if you could bring your own in.   Pewter Rose would be really nice, it has a great vibe in there during the day.  You could ask her can you have the luncheon outside on their patio or in the Tutto Mundo space.

    Somewhere on Central might be nice, Bistro La Bon, Lulu's or SOUL.

    I am having mine at the Savannah Tea Room in Fort Mill SC and its very nice and quaint. its only $13.50 a person.
