Cafe Luna, Raleigh

I am thinking of checking out Cafe Luna for my reception. Any feedback on this place?

We looked at Caffe Luna for the reception, but in the end it was too small for our group and not available when we wanted it.  You can not have the whole restaurant rented out on Saturday night. If it fits your group and you don't mind having an afternoon reception, then I think it is a great place.  The price is right, the location and atmosphere are awesome, and everyone I spoke with was nice and easy to work with. HTH!

we're looking at doing our rehearsal dinner there, we had my sister's there a while back.  Yummy food and good service, ideal if you're doing a smaller reception (I think they max at 100 using a couple rooms). Their website has tons of info too.

we had our rehearsal dinner there ( it was too small for our reception) - and we had a great experience.  Ryan is wonderful to work with and the food is amazing.  plus - its already a really pretty venue so you don't need to spend much on decorations!

I freakin' love Caffe Luna.  One of the best Italian restaurants in Raleigh by far.  My family has been going there since I was a kid :)

I am getting married and having my reception at Cafe Luna on September 13th.  We picked a Sunday because we are the only ones in the entire restaurant (and it is a bit cheaper).  Ryan has been great.  Most of my vendors are familiar with it...I am loving it!!

Crys68, How many people are you having at your wedding? Are the prices good there? Do you have any other info about them that you could share with me? Who are you getting to do your cake? Where will you have the ceremony? You can email me if you want to: Jerseygirlwh@aol.com Thanks! I really don't know the area too well so, any help is greatly appreciated!
