Again Im asking as I really dont know. Do the grandparents get gifts?

You can give gifts to anyone you want. The only people who should definitely get TY gifts are the WP. Who you choose to extend gifts to after that is up to you.

We didn't do grandparent gifts, we just got corsages and bouts for them.
