Haha. Just thought I would share a story with everyone that one of my coworkers informed me she just recently saw at a wedding. So, instead of a dollar dance which IMHO is already tacky this bride decided she was going to play "capture the bride" midway through the reception the bride was abducted and taken to "jail" meanwhile the bridesmaids and groomsmen wondered around asking guests for money to "bail her out". When guest said they had no cash they responded that checks were more than welcome! What the .....! I about laughed uncontrollably for a good 5 min when she told me this story, and I though a dollar dance was tacky! Funny thing is, half the guest didn't even realize she was missing, part of the WP didn't take part in asking guests for money, and when she had been missing for an hour waitin outside alone for "bail" money and found out guests weren't complying, she waltzed in to her reception and had a small meltdown to her WP. Yikes.
