NWR: Tiramisu

Hi ladies! I have posted on here a few times and have a NWR question for you all...

Does anyone have a good tiramisu recipe? I have googled and all that but am unsure which one to go with... I have never made it before so would love some advice or suggestions if anyone has!

Ok this is out of the itailian cookbook someone's mother brought me from italy.

2 16oz containers marscapone cream cheese

3 T sugar 

1 t vanilla

1 egg

2 packages ladyfinger (spongecake will NOT work)

Espresso

Mix sugar and vanilla, set aside. Mix egg and cheese with sugar

dip lady fingers in espresso, then layer in pan, pour layer of cheese, repeat as needed. 

Dust with cocoa powder as needed
