This is fun! Most of you are definitely not what I thought you were, many I thought were older -- clearly everyone's so mature sounding.

I turned 31 in June. H will be 32 in October.

Sad fact, I totally typed "I turned 30 in June" and was ready to post. And when my birthday rolled around, I kept thinking I was going to be 30. But no, I'm 31 and routinely feel like I skipped a year somehow because there's no way in hell I should be 31.

I'm 26 and FI will be 27 next week. My birthday is in April. I have no desire to get any older, I'm struggling enough with being 26 and having nothing to show for myself, haha.

Phew!  I'm glad there's a few of us.  I was beginning to feel weird.  (I saw shannonb, pippa, and buckley, too).

I also feel relieved that DH was born 2 months early so our birth years are only 1 year apart.  If they were two years apart, I'd feel really old for some reason.

No joke, until 2 months ago I thought I would be 24 this year. I seriously had a meltdown when I realized I would be 25. I don't take the whole aging thing very well. I mostly just cry on my birthday. Don't worry, people tell me I am crazy all the time. I just hate getting older.

I usually don't have a huge issue with getting older. I didn't flip out when I turned 30 at all. For some reason 31 just sounds odd, like it's not a real age. It's also possible this age has coincided with getting married and while I'm not interested in kids right now, the biological clock is ticking louder than ever. It's possible I may start to have issues with getting older.

Wow, I'm pretty much a baby.
I'm 22 (also a cradle robber, literally, since I met him when he was 16 and I was 18) and my H is 20, although he is about to turn 21.

But if you have light-rail train transportation in your city, there's a pretty decent chance that a portion of the brakes were designed by my H!
When I feel totally weird for being married super young to a youngER person, I remember how successful he is, and it motivates me to get myself together.  He frequently makes me look pretty lame.
