My boyfriend's family is holding his grandfather's wake tomorrow in two sessions. One is during the afternoon and one is in the evening.
Does anyone attend both? I mean, I want to be there for his mother and grandmother and everyone, but should I plan on attending both sessions JIC they aren't at one?
I honestly have no idea how this is done. I've only ever been to one wake before and I don't remember there being "sessions." Any advice is appreciated.
On a sidenote, I've never even been to a "goyim" funeral before, so this week is going to be chock full of new stuff for me.
