Winter Restaurant Week 2010 just announced! OpenTable has the list of most participating restaurants. If you've never done this before it's an excellent deal, but the better places book up fast.

I wish we had a fireplace! FI OnDemanded something called "Yule Log" last night and it makes a fireplace on the TV with Christmas music. It is NOTHING like the real thing.

I too wish we had a fireplace. I dont know if I am ready for the snow... But if it is gonna snow I want enough to snow us in... Dont want to have to travel in it...

Well, good thing Taryn and I were staying in this weekend anyway.  I used to like snow.  Now, not so much.

I hate snow in Virginia. Actually, I hate how people react to snow in Virginia. It took me 2 freaking hours to drive from Chantilly to Falls Church today. 2 hours to go about 20 miles..what..the...eff...

Then dh came home from work and went straight to bed Now I'm bored and lonely and staring outside waiting for the snow to start.
