What else am I missing?

So yeah, I've put the wedding on the backburner for long enough now, with 2 months left to go.  I need some double checking on what I'm missing.

I've got a ceremony location, officiant, reception restaurant (we can use their speakers for ipod music), photographer, coordinator/makeup/floral gal, invitation designer, and travel agent for guests to use.  I've got a dress and shoes, still need to do alterations.  MOH has her dress, I'll have my sister get her dress soon.

I do not have a hair person, cake/cupcake baker, musician for the ceremony, or videographer.  Haven't decided for sure on whether we're going to have a videographer, and we're thinking about a bus company to get guests from hotel to wedding and back.

Do we think I'm missing something else major?  I've hit the slump and not really motivated as much anymore.

Transportation for the wedding party from the church to the reception hall... limousine or similar works... and make sure people who ride the limousine know to park their cars at the reception hall early in the day so they have a way to get back to the hotel after the reception

Has your groom figured out what he and the GM are wearing?  What about wedding rings?

Accessories - i.e. hair decoration, necklace, etc.  Do you have the suit/tux ready for the groom and groomsmen? I would just advise that those remaining tasks that you mentioned get taken care of right away- especially cake and hair person. Good luck!

FI is in charge of his attire, so probably hasn't thought about it yet at all.

Rings we gotta go buy.

I'm gonna have a flower in my hair probably, jewelry is going to probably simple pearls, still have to buy those.

We haven't really thought about how we want the ceremony to go, we've got a general idea, but not the details, so we'll have to work that out.

What about any rentals you will need? Chairs, linens, table settings, etc.

Ooh, good call knox.  The restaurant is handling the rentals, but we have to rent chairs and a few vases for the ceremony.
