My wedding isn't until the end of Sept. We're on a pretty tight space limit and have only invited the number we can fit (with a little wiggle room). I sent my one friend a STD and as she was single at the time, figured her into my list as 1 person.
Now she just started dating this guy a few weeks ago. I already know in my head, that if she's dating him or someone else come the wedding she has to be invited with the guy. I'm not doing any random +1s, so if she's single at the time, I was just inviting her. If she's dating, she's invited with the guy.
However, she just wrote me an email that said "Man I think depending how things go with me and B in a few weeks, I'll ask him to be my date for my cousin's wedding and urs haha" Am I wrong to be just slightly annoyed at this assumption? Should I say anything in response or pass over it? I mean, a lot can happen in a few months, she may not even be dating him! Granted, assuming she is still dating him, I'd invite him, but I still don't like that she just assumed as much. Should I just let it go and see what happens by the time I'm sending out invites?
